Bunbury's brewery, taproom and live-music room, opened in 2022. Thirty taps of beer brewed on site (the same beer that goes to Froth in Exmouth and North Beach), a kitchen that has won AHA regional dining awards, and the Pier Stage for touring bands and comedy. The current centre of gravity at the quiet end of Victoria Street.
